Saturday - Mental Fortitude: The Stoic Way (11am-5pm)


11am-2pm: Building Resilience with Stoic Principles

In this session, we delve into the core philosophies of Stoicism and how they empower mental toughness.


  • Understanding Stoic Foundations: Discover the basic tenets of Stoicism and their relevance to modern challenges.


  • Applying Stoic Techniques: Learn practical methods to cultivate resilience and turn adversities into advantages.


  • Interactive Scenarios: Engage in role-play exercises that simulate challenging situations, using stoic responses to navigate them effectively.


We'll conclude with a group discussion to reflect on the insights gained and how to integrate them into daily life.


3pm-5pm: Harnessing Inner Strength and Self-Confidence

This session focuses on identifying and strengthening your inner capabilities to enhance self-assurance.


  • The Make-Up of Inner Strengths: Discover the secrets to an abundance of inner strength and how we all have the potential to have a limitless supply.


  • Exercises to Increase Resilience: Learn daily tasks that will increase your overall resilience and allow you to be able to handle a wider variety of situations with calm actions.


  • Building Confidence Through Action: Strategies to incrementally build self-confidence through real-life applications.


The session ends with crafting personal affirmations and commitments to bolster ongoing confidence development.



Sunday - Applying the Warrior's Strategies (11am-5pm)


11am-2pm: Conquering Personal and Professional Obstacles

Explore how to apply stoic principles to overcome personal and professional challenges effectively.



  • Overcoming Personal Barriers: Techniques to break through personal limitations and foster growth.


  • Strategic Problem Solving: Apply Stoic strategies to overcome professional hurdles and enhance career progression.


  • Action Planning Workshop: Develop a personal action plan to apply these strategies consistently and effectively.


Participants will develop personal action plans, outlining specific stoic practices to adopt in their daily routines.



3pm-5pm: Community Building and Networking

This final session is designed to solidify connections and foster a support network among participants.



  • Building Leadership Skills: Learn key leadership qualities of a Stoic warrior, such as integrity, courage, and decisiveness.


  • Journalling to Improve: Practical session on how to use journalling to implement and improve all the learnings you have discovered up to now.


  • Commit to the Principles: See what fully committing to the principles on the course looks like and how you can create the life you desire.


We conclude the event with an opportunity to network with other members to create a new and more powerful social circle.
